On-Call / Emergency Coverage (Retainers)

- Small parcels only; ~35 lb max single item (Mazda CX-30).
- Non-hazmat only: no biohazard, no dry ice, no temp-controlled.
- No passengers or live animals.
- Service area: Pittsboro, Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Apex, Cary, Raleigh (+ nearby).
Timing & Proof
- Typical on-demand pickup in ~60–120 min (subject to schedule).
- 5-minute counter grace; then billed at standard wait rate.
- Photo/signature and simple chain-of-custody available.
