Small parcels only (≈35 lb max/item) unless otherwise noted. No hazmat. No temperature control.
Pre-paid or approved account billing (NET 15). Proof of delivery available.
PHI avoided by default; HIPAA-aware handling only with BAA and minimum-necessary rules.
Wait time: first 5 minutes per stop are free; billed thereafter per service table.

Recipient verification: signature, last-4 ID, or authorized desk drop.

Billing & Terms

Payment: card on file or approved account billing (NET 15).
Late fee: 1.5%/month (min $10). Receipts, POD, and logs provided.
Service radius & safety may constrain availability during severe weather.
