  • HIPAA-aware handling; PHI only with signed BAA.
  • Chain-of-custody available; Proof of Delivery retained 24 months.
  • Recipient verification: signature, last-4 ID, or authorized desk drop.

Billing & Terms

  • Weekly invoicing (NET 15); payment via card on file or approved account.
  • Late fee: 1.5%/month (min $10). Receipts, POD, and logs provided.
  • Routes may be adjusted during severe weather or unsafe conditions.
