Recurring Small-Parcel Runs — schedule-driven, reliable

We’re built for consistency: predictable weekly runs, including shopping trips, inter-store transfers, and regular office deliveries. Scope is prepaid/account-billed, non-hazmat, ≤35 lb/item, and no passengers. Optional Photo/Signature POD. No ad-hoc one-offs — on-demand is limited to retainers or existing accounts.

  • Recurring cadence (e.g., M/W/F 2–4p, Tu/Th 3–5p)
  • Extended NC by request (mileage-based)

How it works (weekly runs)

Set the schedule

Pick weekly days/time windows (e.g., Tue/Thu 3–5p). Include pickup and drop addresses, contacts, and any gate/dock codes. Send via the booking form or email your preferred cadence.

MSA + Work Order

Finalize scope, SLA windows, rates, and billing (account/ACH/card). We save addresses and notes for repeatability in the Portal.

Run & confirm

Punctual pickups → drops each window. Optional live status; Photo/Signature POD with any exceptions communicated immediately.

Receipts & invoices

Auto-emailed receipts, with weekly/monthly invoices. History, POD, and CSV exports available in the Customer Portal.

Pricing basics

  • Base engagement + per-mile (enter total driven miles)
  • Wait time billed after grace period
  • After-hours/STAT premiums may apply

Compliance

  • Non-hazmat scope
  • HIPAA (IACET) & OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens compliant
  • No-PHI by default; PHI only with a signed BAA
