Scope & Limits

  • Small parcels only; ~35 lb max per item (Mazda CX-30).
  • Triangle primary coverage; extended NC by request (mileage-based).
  • Chain-of-custody on request (photo/signature).

Policy

  • Non-hazmat only — no UN3373/dry ice/oxygen tanks.
  • Pre-paid/account-billed only — no cash handling/COD/driver purchases.
  • Retainer = availability + response SLA; transport billed per run.
