Purpose-built courier for predictable lab errands: non-hazmat items only, no UN3373/dry ice, ≤35 lb per item. Ideal for sealed kits, inter-site admin packets, and small supplies. Optional Photo/Signature POD. No-PHI by default; PHI handling available with a signed BAA.

What we handle (good fits)

  • UN3373 / Category A/B materials, dry ice, biohazard, regulated waste
  • Temperature-controlled / cold-chain transport
  • Live animals, passengers, alcohol/tobacco
  • Pallets, furniture, two-person carry
  • Cash handling / COD purchases

  • Recurring windows (e.g., M/W/F 2–4p) or one-offs
  • Extended NC by request (mileage-based)

How it works

Book

Place an order with pickup and drop-off details, including contacts and any desk or gate instructions. Choose one-time or recurring service.

Confirm

Get a delivery window and price (base rate + per mile + wait time). Saved addresses are available for account holders.

Run

Courier picks up the sealed package for direct delivery. Optional photo or signature proof of delivery can be provided.

Receipt

Receive receipts by e-mail, with full access to history and invoices in the Customer Portal (if enabled).

Quick packaging checklist

  • Items fully sealed; nothing leaking, sharp, or odorous
  • Clear to/from labels; include department/desk & contact phone
  • Protective padding for devices; outer box in good condition
  • Each item ≤35 lb; small-parcel dimensions suited for a hatchback
  • Provide any pickup codes / dock or reception instructions

Compliance

  • Non-hazmat scope; no UN3373, no dry ice
  • HIPAA training (IACET) & OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens compliant
  • No-PHI default; PHI only with signed BAA and enabled workflows
  • LLC registration & insurance maintained
