Payments & Billing

Simple, transparent billing for individuals and businesses. Pay by secure link or invoice—every job includes an itemized receipt (base, miles, wait, extras).

Individuals

  • Secure pay link by SMS/email (card/Apple Pay/Google Pay depending on device).
  • Charge is authorized at booking; captured on completion.
  • No cash / No COD. Tips optional at the link (never expected).

Businesses

  • Invoice (NET 15) with ACH or card on file.
  • PO field supported; monthly statements available.
  • Save a payment method with written authorization.

Receipts & Records

  • PDF receipts/invoices via email; CSV export on request.
  • W-9 available. No PHI in memos or line items by default.
  • Itemization: base, miles (incl. approach), wait, extras.

How Charges Work

Your total is calculated using the published model on /pricing: base + per-mile + wait (after grace) + extras. Minimums and after-hours premiums may apply on evenings/weekends or STAT work.

Standard
  • Base engagement per job
  • Per-mile includes approach/deadhead
  • Wait billed after grace period
After-Hours / STAT
  • Evening/weekend premium (floor/minimums)
  • On-call retainers available for guaranteed coverage
Contracts
  • Reserved weekly windows (MSA + Work Order)
  • Add-ons outside windows priced at on-demand rates

Terms

  • No cash/COD. Card/ACH only.
  • Late fees: per invoice terms (e.g., 1.5%/mo) if applicable on overdue balances.
  • Cancellations: if cancelled after dispatch, a dispatch/approach fee may apply.
  • Adjustments: route changes and extra stops are reflected on the final invoice.

Security & Privacy

  • Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant provider; card numbers aren’t stored on this site.
  • Invoices and receipts avoid PHI by default; if PHI is required, a BAA must be in place first.
  • Contact details are used for service and billing communications only.

Common Scenarios

Individual Pharmacy Pickup
Book with a secure link. Total reflects base + miles + any wait after grace. Receipt is emailed automatically.
Clinic / Lab Route (NET 15)
Monthly statement + PDFs per job. ACH or card on file. Add-ons outside reserved windows follow on-demand rates.
After-Hours / STAT
Premium floors/minimums may apply. Retainers available to guarantee coverage and pricing.
